Privacy Policy

The school respects and protects the personal data of students, parents/guardians, and visitors in accordance with Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.

Data we collect

• Contact and feedback forms: name, email, phone number, and message.
• Admissions (SPMB): applicant data, parent/guardian data, address, and required documents.
• Student and teacher portals: account data and necessary academic data.

Purpose

Data is used only for information services, student admissions, school records (including Dapodik), and official school communication.

Security

Sensitive data such as national ID numbers and addresses are encrypted. Access is limited to authorized staff and every document access is logged.

Retention

Documents of applicants who are not admitted are deleted no later than 6 months after the admission period closes. Other data is kept as needed for services and applicable regulations.

Your rights

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data through the Contact page. Requests are processed within 3×24 hours.

The Indonesian version prevails in case of differing interpretation.
